  38. this  archived release of hARdCORE #4 is meant for the
  39. people  who couldn't afford the time and money to read
  40. the  mag  online.  it has many kilobytes of text, that
  41. just   can't  be  read  without  many  hours  paid  to
  42. provider.
  43.  
  44. this  release  is  also meant for those who even don't
  45. have a money nor interest to go to the net.  we deeply
  46. respect  your reasons too, so that's why we release it
  47. this way.
  48.  
  49. the  only thing you need is IBrowse or Netscape to see
  50. it  in  full  effect.   If you don't have one of them,
  51. please  don't  waste your time anymore on other stupid
  52. browsers and FIND one of them.  they both are the only
  53. browsers   worth  supporting  at  the  moment,  simply
  54. because they WORK AS THEY SHOULD, respecting the HTML!

  73. well....  one day, we realised that our hARdCORE coder
  74. had  to  leave  for army service.  since yugoslav army
  75. service  is  pretty  tricky  and  leaves  you  no free
  76. breathe  to live for ONE FULL YEAR, that meant that we
  77. LOST the hARdCORE coder for a full year!
  78.  
  79. we couldn't wait a full year just to get another issue
  80. released!
  81.  
  82. so,  we  sat  down  and used our big html knowledge to
  83. make this issue.  we saw it as a temporary replacement
  84. for our beloved coded diskmag issues.
  85.  
  86. however,  when  we  finally made it, we now see it not
  87. just  as  a  replacement  but it as also a nice way to
  88. make it available to more people!
  89.  
  90. however,   this  doesn't  mean  that  we  stopped  the
  91. development  of  coded  hARDCORE editions!  all issues
  92. released  in coders absence will be reissued later, in
  93. original  state,  with  the  same content, so everyone
  94. will get the full taste of it.
